The HR Assistant will primarily support the recruitment process while also assisting with other HR functions, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining HR records.
Recruitment and Staffing

HR Administration- Compliance and Record-Keeping
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR or recruitment role.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google applications (Workspace, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)
- Experience with social media recruiting and employer branding.
Knowledgeable of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
