Draft and post job vacancies on company websites, job boards, and social media platforms.- Actively search for potential candidates through online databases, social media, and other channels. Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates.
Review resumes and applications to ensure they meet the basic requirements for the position. Identify and shortlist qualified candidates for further consideration.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Assist in the onboarding process by collecting necessary paperwork, and facilitating orientation.
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/ Human Resource Development Management, or other related programs- Preferably with experience in mass hiring
