Job Description

Draft and post job vacancies on company websites, job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Actively search for potential candidates through online databases, social media, and other channels. Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates.
Review resumes and applications to ensure they meet the basic requirements for the position. Identify and shortlist qualified candidates for further consideration.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Assist in the onboarding process by collecting necessary paperwork, and facilitating orientation.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/ Human Resource Development Management, or other related programs
  • Preferably with experience in mass hiring
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Must be willing to learn and be trained
* Knowledgeable in end to end recruitment process.
  • With good communication skills, both oral and written.
