- Handles the recruitment processes
Maintain and update HR files management and databases
- Conduct the employee orientation & facilitate the training & development of on-boarding candidates
Manage the labor relations processes- Issuance of company memorandums.
Reporting and monitoring of attendance & employee's Service Incentive Leave (SIL).
Creating benefits and loans reports and monitoring mandatory contributions and loan payments- Assist with performance management and evaluation procedures.
Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
- Assists and generates employee recognition and appreciation programs (quarterly and every end of the year)
Ensuring employees safety, health and welfare- Amenable to work in Canumay East, Valenzuela City
