Essential Function of a HR Assistant - Recruitment_
- Facilitates pre-employment examination and checking of the examination papers.
- Responsible for Initial Interview
- Sorts qualified applicants requirements base on the job position applied.
- Endorses qualified applicants to the department in need for final interview.
- Checks 201 file requirements of the applicants to be hired.
- Endorses newly hired employees for orientation to the training unit.
- Endorses newly hired employees to their respective department.
- Prepares and issues endorsement letter for theoretical and technical training.
- Prepares and processes Advice of Employment and Employee Record of the newly hired employees.
- Monitoring and process of OSP billing
- Consolidates PROPERS of the Bank.
- Prepares & submits recruitment report.

_Qualifications;_
Preferably graduate of BS Psychology , Human Resource or any related course
Prior work experience with a bank is an advantage.
With 1-2 years of experience in Recruitment Unit or related
FRESH GRADUATE are welcome to APPLY.
Able to thrive in a fast paced environment
With good oral and written communication skills
Can Start ASAP.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
