DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Develops and maintains connections with various agencies, organizations, and schools to ensure a consistent pool of high-quality applicants.
Distributes information about recruitment activities, guidelines, and schedules.- Plans the recruitment schedule and locations, and seeks approval from the HR Head.
Identifies and prepares suitable test materials to effectively assess candidates for each position.
- Conducts reference checks and background investigations with previous employers of shortlisted candidates.
Prepares all necessary documentation for new hires.- Regularly reviews and updates test materials and interview techniques to ensure they align with the job's behavioral and skill requirements.
Reviews job descriptions for vacancies before beginning the applicant sourcing process.
- Administers tests and preliminary interviews to shortlist candidates before arranging interviews
