Serves as the Person-In-Charge of HR and Admin related transactions of the firm; Handles all HR
activities from Recruitment and Sourcing to Exit Clearances; Directly reports to the Partner/Office
Manager.
In-charge of all recruitment and sourcing of all job vacancies in the Firm; conducts Initial
Interview, Background Check/Character Investigation of all shortlisted applicants and endorses
them for next level/final interview.
Discuss pre-employment requirements and job offer; orients new employee with the Firm's
policies and procedures.
Proactively prepares all the On-Boarding requirements/documents needed by the newly hired
employee.
Develops and maintains the Engagement Management System and other HR database in a
timely manner.
Plans and organize Firm events like Christmas Party, etc. in accordance with the allotted budget.
Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources
functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
Accurately and timely process Timekeeping of all legal and non-legal employees for payroll
submission.
Proactively search and review proposals related to employee benefits and programs and
prepares a report for Partner/Office Manager's review.
Efficiently tabulates and prepares Performance Evaluation of all employees as needed; discuss
Performance Evaluation of non-legal staff.
Investigates all Incident Reports received, prepares NTE and Decision Notice to the employee
involve with the approval of the Partner/Office Manager; Openly suggests resolution to
employee relations issues.
Prepares memos to erring employees and documents their actions on the employee files.
Actively responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
Efficiently drafts office policies and office advisories for approval of the Partner/Office Manager
to ensure proper compliance and smooth process of day-to-day transactions in the Firm.
Attend to employee-related concerns like drafting and releasing COE, Government Mandated
benefit claim forms/requests.
Manages employee clearances and related documentation, and notifies the exiting employee on
the clearance process.
