Base Pay

Per Hour - 75 php

+10% Night Differential

Incentives & Allowances

Service Incentive Leave - 12 days @ 1 day per month - upon hire

Daily Transportation Allowance - 50 php per day - upon hire

Attendance Bonus - 1000 php per month - upon hire

Meal Allowance - 50 php per day - upon hire

HMO - @ 30 days

Rice Subsidy Allowance - 500 php per month - @ 60 days

Meal Allowance - 100 php per day - @ 90 days

Christmas Bonus - 5,000 php per year (Not pro-rated)

Unused SIL Credit Cash - 5 days per year

Fluent in English, College Graduate
