I. JOB SUMMARYSupports the Talent Acquisition Team in executing the established recruitment strategies and ensures fulfillment of Company's requisition needs.
- II. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivers all facets or end-to-end recruitment success in the Organization.
- Handles manpower requests for Retail and ASP.
- Expedites posting of job vacancies and Applicant Sourcing in various channels.
- Evaluates potential Candidates and schedules them for interview.
- Conducts in-depth and behavioral assessment for Entry Level positions.
- Administers online examination and checks suitability of the Candidate for the role.
- Validates pre-employment requirements of New Hires.
- Provides Endorsement Letters to Agency Partners and designated Branches.
- Conducts background checking for Newly Hired Employees.
- Provides weekly update and necessary documentations to Immediate Head.
- Ensures that the rules and regulations set by the company are properly implemented.
- Protects the image and interest of the Company at all times.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology or any four-year Business course. At least 1 year
of experience in Recruitment Process. Retail industry experience is an advantage.
- SPECIALIZATION / TECHNICAL SKILLS
Full-cycle Recruitment. Candidate Sourcing Techniques. Basic Understanding of Electronic Job Boards
and Applicant Tracking Systems. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and iWork Applications.
