Key Responsibilities:- Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
Help organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and events.- Prepare and maintain employee records and files.
Facilitate new hire onboarding processes, including orientation sessions and paperwork completion.
- Address employee inquiries regarding benefits and assist with enrolment and claims processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.- Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Previous experience in an HR support role, preferably in a BPO or similar environment.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
