R ASSISTANT -PAYROLL (SAN JUAN MANILA)
- 1 is specializing in Compensation and Benefits And the other one is payroll.
Qualification
- College Degree in Human Resource Management/ Psychology or equivalent.
- Two (2) years of work experience as an HR Assistant specializing in Compensation and Benefits or payroll
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- With experience handling company HMO is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Can collaborate with different employees in the organization.
Work Location: San Juan (Head office)
Salary: 18k - 20k
