Job OverviewThe
HR Assistant shall be responsible for end-to-end assistance to the Administration and all facets of Human Resources. This position will provide HR-Administrative support to all the departments able to optimize the quality of service.
- Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Biometric enrolment- Introduce and tour the newly hired employee
Conduct the necessary training if any.
Maintaining time sheets/logbooks and accurately inputting time and attendance data into the computer or software.
- Responsible for keeping track of leave time such as vacation, holidays, and personal or sick days for employees in operations.
Ensuring time sheets/logbooks are submitted to the timekeeping master timely and accurately.- Coordinates with the timekeeping master on the time and attendance issues and concerns.
Must be able to attend meetings and inform employees on information that helps prepare for future issues related to payroll discrepancies.
- Issuance of DTR and payslips to employees while maintaining and ensuring confidentiality.
- Employee & Labor Relations
Maintain and update bulletin boards
Acts as deport for general information- Handle employee grievances
Issuance of NTE and NOD for minor administrative cases
- Assist in preparation of documents for compliance
Ensures area compliance and institutional HR policies, guidelines, processes, and system protocols.
Observes/complies with company policies and procedures.- Perform field-related work.
Performs other related duties as may be assigned.
- Qualification and Experience:
Graduate of AB / BS in Psychology or Human Resource Management or any business course
