Job Responsibilities:- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
Monitor and maintain accurate timekeeping records for all employees.- Assist in the reconciliation of time and attendance data for payroll processing.
Maintain accurate digital and electronic records of employees and other HR files
- Administer and ensure compliance of government-mandated benefits programs, including, SSS, HDMF, and PhilHealth.
Assist in training & development initiatives.- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation and benefits; resolve any issues that may arise in a timely manner.
Promote HR employee engagement programs, assist in development and implementation of Company Policies.
- Undertake tasks around performance management and assist in employee performance reviews
Assist in the preparation and distribution of inter-office and disciplinary memorandums.- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Ensure policies are communicated effectively to employees.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.- At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR role with focus on recruitment, compensation and benefits, and timekeeping.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously- Preferably residing in the South (Las Pias, Muntinlupa, Laguna, Cavite, etc)
