Job Description:
- The HR Asst. Manager will report directly to the Sr. HR-Admin Manager.
Will execute HR work in all facets of HR: recruitment, training, benefits administration, payroll administration, records management, employee relations and performance management.
Qualifications:- College graduate: Psychology or Business Management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Sound MS Office knowledge and computer literacy
With work 5 years experience- Must have experience in payroll processing.
