Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Will manage and lead 5 HR professionals (1 Supervisor, 1 Sr. Staff, 2 Staff, and 1 Nurse)
  • Lead and manage HR Operations and oversee various HR functions such as:
  • Recruitment and Selection
  • Compensation and Benefits
  • Training and Development
  • Labor and Employee Engagement
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, systems, and procedures, aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

Qualifications

Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource, or any related course

With at leadt 5 years of expereince as HR Assistant Manager

Knowledge on HR Systems and database

In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

With excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
