Responsibilities
- Will manage and lead 5 HR professionals (1 Supervisor, 1 Sr. Staff, 2 Staff, and 1 Nurse)
- Lead and manage HR Operations and oversee various HR functions such as:
- Recruitment and Selection
- Compensation and Benefits
- Training and Development
- Labor and Employee Engagement
- Develop and implement HR strategies, systems, and procedures, aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Qualifications
Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource, or any related course
With at leadt 5 years of expereince as HR Assistant Manager
Knowledge on HR Systems and database
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
With excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
