We are seeking a
Human Resource Assistant Manager with exceptional operational skills to support the day-to-day management of our Human Resources Operations Department. Reporting directly to the Area HR Manager and Department Head. The Assistant Manager will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, optimizing efficiency, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
- Graduates of BSBA Major in Human Resources Development Management, Business Management, and Psychology
With at least 3+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on operational tasks.- Preferably, with work experience in hospitality industry but not necessary
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.- Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, task assignments, and workflow management, to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting teamwork and collaboration.
