  • WHAT WILL BE YOUR TASKS
Source pool of candidates by utilizing our external database, job boards, networking, referrals, job fair, campus recruitment and any other creative means of locating qualified candidates.
  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing and reference checks.
Focus on long-term recruitment planning and strategy in finding appropriate candidates for positions that require specific skill set.
  • Recruit effectively, demonstrating the ability to successfully multi-task and work within a timely manner.
Can work well within a fast-paced dynamic environment with a high sense of urgency.
  • May develop, support, and maintain employment advertising campaigns, campus recruitment, and branding.
Supporting the logistic transaction once the logistic personnel is not available.
  • Supporting the HR & Admin Officer on employee engagements and some administrative tasks.
Support and analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
  • Perform other tasks given from time to time by HR Manager and/or OCIC Management


  • Minimum Qualifications
Must be graduate of BS Psychology, Behavioral Science or related degree
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of labour law & practice
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Decision making and problem solving.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and must know how to maintain confidentiality.
Must have at least 1 year of HR and Admin Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,
  • 00 - Php30,000.00 per month
