Job Description

Job Summary

The HR Assistant supports the Human Resources department by assisting with various administrative tasks and functions. They play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations and supporting employees throughout their employment lifecycle.
  • Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and processing new hire paperwork.

  • Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Assist with payroll processing, including data entry and verification.

  • Provide administrative support for HR programs and initiatives, such as training and development, performance management, and employee engagement activities.

  • Handle employee inquiries and requests regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

  • Assist with organizing and coordinating HR events and meetings.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

  • Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by HR management.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

  • Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role preferred.

  • Knowledge of HR practices and procedures, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.

  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office applications.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.

  • Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and regulations preferred.

  • Willing to work Monday to Saturday.

  • Willing to commute or amenable to work in Bel-Air, Makati City.

  • Can start as soon as possible.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: Php16,000.00 per month
