Job SummaryThe HR Assistant supports the Human Resources department by assisting with various administrative tasks and functions. They play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations and supporting employees throughout their employment lifecycle.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and processing new hire paperwork.
- Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with payroll processing, including data entry and verification.
- Provide administrative support for HR programs and initiatives, such as training and development, performance management, and employee engagement activities.
- Handle employee inquiries and requests regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist with organizing and coordinating HR events and meetings.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by HR management.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role preferred.
- Knowledge of HR practices and procedures, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
- Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and regulations preferred.
- Willing to work Monday to Saturday.
- Willing to commute or amenable to work in Bel-Air, Makati City.
- Can start as soon as possible.
Job Type: Full-time
