Job Description- Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Providing clerical and administrative support- Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
Recruitment
Knowledgeable in Labor Regulations- Compensation and Benefits
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc)
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Qualifications- College Graduate of Human Resources, Psychology or relevant
6 months - 1 year of experience as an HR Associate or relevant
Computer Literate- Proficient in handling Microsoft Office
Must be willing to be assigned at Anonas, Quezon City
- Work Schedule: Mon-Sat, 9 am-6pm
