Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Facilitates in-house trainings
Identifies the training needs of the organization
  • Sourcing of training providers
Prepares tests for the each training as needed
  • Processes enrollment of employees to external trainings
Communicates employee progress to direct supervisors
  • Manages the schedules of employee participation during the onboarding phase
Spearheads _kamustahan_ sessions with new staff members
  • Assists in building of organization's competency framework
Other tasks as related to trainings
  • Reports onsite daily.
  • Qualifications:
Male/Female
  • Preferably graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, BS/AB English, MassComm, or any degree course related to communication.
With at least 1 year experience in HR Training.
  • Preferably residing in Ortigas or San Antonio Pasig, or nearby areas

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,
  • 00 - Php22,000.00 per month
