KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The HR Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the HR department, assisting with various HR functions, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Assist the HR Manager in disciplining all employees;
Prepares 201 files of newly hired employees.- Responsible for management of all 201 files of active and resigned employees and ensuring that all files are systematically arranged.
Ensures that all active employees have corresponding signed employment contracts, personnel action forms, job descriptions and sales manual (for sales employees),
- Onboarding and introduction of newly hired employees to all departments.
Responsible for monitoring and requisition of HR office supplies- Responsible for monitoring and requisition of medicines
Responsible for preparing of clearance forms and routing to all departments
- Responsible for APE status of employees
Responsible for preparing performance appraisal forms to all active employees (probationary, regular)- Ensures accurate and updated personal information of all employees
Monitoring of training undertaking documents
- Prepares weekly/ monthly reports of clearance status
Prepares weekly/ monthly reports of HR office supplies stocks- Prepares weekly/ monthly reports of medicine stocks
Prepares weekly/ monthly reports of training undertakings
- Prepares weekly/ monthly reports of performance appraisal status
Plans and prepares for monthly office activities- Perform other tasks, which may be assigned from time to time.
_REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
_- Preferably a graduate of a BS in Psychology or Human Resource.
Possess a strong personality and excellent leadership skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficient in computer system application.- Strong written and oral communication skills.
