Job Description- Handles recruitment activities including advertising or posting of job vacancies, processing of applications, conducting preliminary interviews, arranging selection interviews and handling employment documentation;
- Coordinates with manpower agencies for workforce demands;
- Performs timekeeping activities;
- Prepares orientation materials ;
- Assists in planning and organizing employee welfare programs and other company activities;
- Prepares documents requested by employees such as certifications and clearances;
- Assists in administering the performance appraisal system and job evaluation.
- A graduate of human resource management, psychology, political science, business management, business administration, behavioral science or any related courses;
- Preferably with at least (6) six months experience as a human resources assistant or equivalent professional practice;
- Proficient in written and communication skills;
- Proficient in basic computer processes programs (word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software and internet navigation and e-mail).
