JOB REQUIREMENTS:- Education - graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related course
Training & Experience - 6 months experience in all phases of personnel function.- Skills - Computer literate with knowledge in psychological testing & interpretations. Good interpersonal skills.
Personal Attributes - Systematic, Meticulous, Well Organized, Trustworthy.
- Preferably experienced in recruitment
Responsible for the implementation of personnel policies & procedures in the areas of recruitment, employee benefits and employee relations & services.
