Responsibilities: Timekeeping management, Payroll processing and validation. Reconcile various payroll reports, analyze and checks discrepancies and source.
Act as a point of escalation for general queries raised regarding payroll processing and time management.
Ad Hoc HR functions i.e.
Administer employee benefits (HMO, uniform, performance bonuses, attendance incentives, etc.)
Create activities for employee work-life balance and other Company events;
Assist in the implementation of Company Rules and Regulations, administer disciplinary procedures, resolution of employee grievances and disputes;
Prepares memorandum, announcement, policies and procedures to enforce and implement Management directives;
At least 2 years of relevant experience in the same capacity
- Strong process and practical knowledge of payroll and compensation & benefits
Ability work under pressure- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Applicants must be willing to work in Intramuros, Manila
