Provide administrative support to the entire HR department
Handle and support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide general assistance to employees
Assist with the recruitment process by posting job advertisements on various platforms, identifying candidates through screen resumes and initial interviews, performing reference checks, and issuing offer letters and employment contracts.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and filed
Facilitate new hire orientations and on boarding processes
Maintain the departmental email account, responding to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Maintain and update employee records and databases
Track employee attendance, PTO, and leaves, and assist with payroll processing and documentation
Assist HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration
Support HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
Organize employee events and activities
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employee information
Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors.
Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
With at least 1-2 years working experience in the same capacity;
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices
Previous experience in general HR tasks and recruitment is preferred- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management and/or related courses;
People oriented, adaptable and flexible;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Good leadership skills and a starter;- Trustworthy and able to keep matters confidential;
Independent yet a team player;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Can work with minimum supervision.
