- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR & Admin functions and duties
Support all internal and external HR-related requests or inquiries.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Officer
Assist with the recruitment process by sourcing and scheduling candidates and collecting pre-employment requirements- Ensure completeness of requirements of the newly hired employees.
With strong personality and can handle employee Disciplinary actions/Memos, and the likes.
- Maintaining HR Databases up to date.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.- Acting as a liaison of the company to other agencies
Ad hoc tasks may be assigned
