Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.- At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Assistant or Officer/minimum of 3years & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.

Knowledgeable in End-to-End process of Recruitment.- Timely and accurate schedules of payroll calendars.
Manage daily time records and other timekeeping files and their monitoring.
- Knowledgeable in Payroll values and processing procedures.
Must be advanced following the law and its principle.- Handles quitclaim separated employees, ensuring that all resigned have completed the exit clearance; no pending accountabilities or any outstanding balance should be properly endorsed to the agency partners subject to the last pay deduction.
Handles the compensation and benefits, including but not limited to the following:
- Coordinates with the HMO and life insurance for any queries or assistance needed by the staff.
Ensure an updated record on employee movement salary increases and promotions.- Maintain payroll generated records and preparation of the month-end report
Advance knowledge in processing of Timekeeping and other government compliance reports.
- Good command of MS applications such as Excel, Powerpoint, and other related programs.
Possess a good strong character and values; Highly disciplined and Trustworthy.- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
