The role needs strong communication skills and ability to work in a cross-cultural environment. The role is expected to have regular and independent communication with management, peers in finance and other functions/business.

- Duties and responsibilities:
Maintains employee information database
- Timekeeping and Payroll via payroll system
Onboarding of new staff- Handling of HR fund and budget request
Delivery and coordination of staff gifts
Cancellation of HMO Benefits COVID Compliance
- Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or equivalent
- Preferably less than one year experience in the related field but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and SharePoint
Knowledge in Salesforce and Canva is a plus
- Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Laws
Must be resourceful and have very good analytical and leadership skills- Must be outgoing and skilled at interpersonal interaction
Must be able to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Must be reliable and results-oriented
Should have great attention to detail- Can work under pressure with minimum supervision
Must be willing to
work on a shifting schedule as needed- Must be willing to report onsite in our office at IBM Plaza, Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City
