  • What are the Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for providing administrative support to the human resource department and all other office needs of the support group.
Knowing the in and out of the Human Resources Management and Onboarding process.
  • Collate and ensure completeness of pre-employment requirements from successful candidates.
Create 201-file of new employees.
  • Assists recruitment in terms of Job Posting in different platforms
Helping the new hire to get adjusted to the new work environment.
  • Graphic design expertise (i.e. posters, e-mailers, social media content, etc.) is needed as the successful candidate will support in the crafting of communication materials for Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing purposes.
  • What are the Skills Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Graduate in Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related course
With or Without experience as an HR assistant
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and general office support.
  • Assists in any other related HR task.
Creativity ability and writing proficiency
  • Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels
Amenable to work Mondays to Saturdays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15,
  • 00 - Php16,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
  • 13th month salary
Overtime pay

Experience:
  • Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
