- Supervision of member-employees assigned to the client(s)
- Monitoring of plantilla/ headcount
- Monitoring of the work performance of members regarding attendance, punctuality and productivity
> Conduct performance appraisal
- Conduct routing schedule per department or per plant (Atlanta/ STAM Only)
- Assist Recruitment for their Hiring Process
> Collects and conducts screening of walk-in applicants
> Endorsement of resume and qualified applicants to Recruitment Team
> Ensure collection of complete pre-employment requirements from successful applicants
- Assist Labor Relations for the implementation of disciplinary action
> Monitor violations committed by the employees
> Fill out incident violation form (IVR) or collate from the client
> Issuance and collection of accomplished Notice to Explain (NTE) - Note: Always seek assistance and approval from LR team before the issuance
> Transmittal of Notice of Explain and incident report to LR Team for the Notice of Decision
> Issuance of Disciplinary Action notice
> Coordinate with LR Team on member's turn-over (for pull-out, resignation, for transfer)
> Collection of Resignation Letter and Separation Clearance and conduct exit interview
- Assist Payroll for payout process
> Printing and distributes copy of payslip to employees
> Cash salary distributions during pay out days
- Communication Center
> Announcement, memorandums, intructions from the FMPC Management
> Daily interaction to the members and clients called Kamustahan
> Prioritizing issues and concerns from the members/clients and giving prompt action
> Ensure that all member-employees are accounted during calamities and the extent of damages
- Regular checking of Member Supervisor (MS) Logbook to monitor the non-performing and basis for performance appraisal
- Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time
