o Assists the HRDA Supervisor - CB in the consolidation and crafting/revision of job description for each position.
o Coordinates with HRDA Staff TAM for the job description of new hires.
o Maintains and updates the inventory of job descriptions and ensures that all incumbents are provided with job descriptions.
o Files acknowledged job descriptions in the respective Employee 201 File.
o Checks and verifies Attendance Application Slip (AAS) filed by employees for all attendance transactions such as but not limited to Time In/Out Report, Undertime, Leave availment and Official Business within the cut-off period.
o Checks the biometric system randomly for accuracy of attendance transactions like Time In/Out, Tardiness, Undertime and Absences within the cut-off period.
o Validates Overtime requests and ensures that such requests are approved by Immediate Superior/Department Manager prior implementation.
o Prepares the Timekeeping Transaction Sheet for payroll processing.
o Reports to HRDA Supervisor CB for violations related to attendance and ensures coordination with EER for proper disciplinary action administration.
o Files all timekeeping and payroll related documents for future reference.
Graduate of BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management preferably with Professional Licensure (is an advantage)
Minimum of two (2) years of extensive work experience as HR Professional specializing in Compensation and Benefits (government-mandated and company initiated), timekeeping and payroll
