Handle Notices of Resolution, Notices to Explain, Notice of Disciplinary Action and Incident Reports.- Updating and monitoring ongoing cases regularly.
Send notices to employees.
- Creating and Implementing Human Resources policies and procedures.
Planning and/or Coordinating activities for employee engagement.- Assist in the day to day operations of the HR Department
Perform additional admin tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
6 months to 1 year of experience in human resources and/or related field.- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Willing to work at Canumay East, Valenzuela City.
