Facilitates Employee and Industrial Relations programs of Batching Plant within the company policies and procedures, government regulations, and operational budget with the objective of developing, utilizing company assets, and providing efficient HR services and support to all departments.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, Industrial Psychology or Legal Management
One(1) year working experience in the same field, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply- Amenable to work in Quezon City (Near LRT Gilmore)
