: Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.Onboarding
: Helping new hires through the onboarding process, including paperwork, orientation, and ensuring they have the necessary resources to begin their roles smoothly.Employee Records Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job details, performance evaluations, and any disciplinary actions.
- Benefits Administration: Assisting employees with inquiries about benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. This may involve enrollment, changes, or addressing issues that arise.
Employee Relations
: Handling day-to-day employee inquiries and concerns, and escalating more complex issues to HR management when necessary.Training and Development
: Coordinating training sessions, workshops, and other development programs for employees, and tracking participation and feedback.HR Systems Management: Utilizing HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) to input and retrieve employee data, generate reports, and streamline HR processes.
- Compliance: Assisting with compliance activities related to labor laws, regulations, and internal policies, ensuring the organization operates within legal boundaries.
Miscellaneous Administrative Tasks
: Providing general administrative support to the HR department, such as organizing meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining supplies.
