Overview:HR Assistant main job responsibilities are focused on helping the HR Team. Helps with the implementation of services, company policies and procedures, programs, and services. (Function will include the ff: Recruitment, Employee Relations, Record Management, Handles Globe Postpaid Accounts of Employees)
Participating in recruitment efforts
- Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
Preparing new employee files- Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation
Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
- Serving as a point person for all new employee questions
Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system- Participating in benefits tasks, such as claim resolutions, reconciling benefits statements, and approving invoices for payment
Maintaining current HR files and databases
- Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions- Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
Performing payroll/benefit-related reconciliations
- Performing payroll and benefits audits and recommending any correction action
Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exist interviews
Bachelor degree in human resources or related- 1-2 years of experience as an HR assistant
Exposure to labor law and employment equity regulations.
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
Exposure to payroll practices.- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to accurately follow instructions.

Pay: Php18,- 00 - Php20,000.00 per month
Schedule: - 8 hour shift
