Job Description:
- Handles the recruitment processes
Maintain and update HR files management and databases- Conduct the employee orientation & facilitate the training & development of on-boarding candidates
Manage the labor relations processes
- Issuance of company memorandums.
Reporting and monitoring of attendance & employee's Service Incentive Leave (SIL). Creating benefits and loans reports and monitoring mandatory contributions and loan payments
- Assist with performance management and evaluation procedures.
Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.- Assists and generates employee recognition and appreciation programs (quarterly and every end of the year)
Ensuring employees safety, health and welfare
Qualification:
- Has Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration Major in Human Resource Development Management, Psychology or any business-related courses.
Amenable to work in Canumay East, Valenzuela City- Has over a year of experience on either of Human Resource facets (Recruitment, Payroll, Employee Relation or Training and Development
