JOB PURPOSE :- Assist with day to day task of the Human Resource Department by providing administrative support to various HR functions such as but not limited to compensation and benefits processing, and regulatory compliance.
Graduate of BS Business Management, BS Psychology and other related course.
Experience in the filed of Human Resources is an advantage but not a requirement.
- Good communication skills - verbal and listening
Working knowledge on window-based applications - MS Office (Word, Excel)- Can do multi-tasking; willingness to travel
Fresh graduate or at least 1 year experience in related field is an advantage.
Benefits Administration- Enroll employees to benefits in accordance to policies.
- Responsible for collating reports and payments for SSS, Philhealth and HDMF.
- Provide assistance in minor cases/requests raised by employees regarding benefits.
- Prepares payment requests and verifies billing from service providers.
- On Boarding/ Employee Engagement
- Coordinates and arrange schedules for employee orientation of new employees.
- Facilitate requests for tools, equipment, ID, email address, work station, and other items that is needed by an employee.
- Participates in committees of all employee engagements such as Sport Fest, Annual Physical Exams, Team Building, Christmas Party.
- Records Management & Regulatory Compliances
- Receive pre-employment requirements from employees on or before start date.
- All government forms are completely filled-up by the employees, and duly stamped by government institutions.
- All employees are duly registered, enrolled or reported to concerned government institution (SSS, PHIC, HDMF and BIR).
Similarly, termination/separation is duly reported.
- Complies to requirements and reports for certification (SSS, HDMF, Philhealth etc.)
- Provide assistance in preparing HR Reports: Headcount report, attrition report etc. 1. Follow-up requirement completion prior to start date of employees.
- Government forms are filled up on the start date of employee. Have these registered/stamped by concerned government institution within 2 weeks from employee submission.
- Submission of addition/deletion reports to concerned government institutions within 2 weeks from date of hiring or from receipt of any change status.
- On time submission of required reports for certification according to schedule set by government.
- Monthly/Bi-Monthly HR Reporting
- Timekeeping
- Enrollment/deletion of employees in biometric system
- Timekeeping for CERI Head Office Makati Employees. Email DTR discrepancies to employees. Validates/corrects attendance concerns.
- Prepares payroll advise: new employees, resigned employees etc.
- Implement timekeeping policies and procedures.
- Coordinates with employees and officers regarding violation /non-conformity to policies and procedures.
- Send out memos as needed. 1. Enrollment on the 1st day of new employee.
- On-time submission of timekeeping report to payroll. 2 days prior payout date.
- On-time submission of payroll advise to C&B Generalist.
- Provides summary attendance violation/non-conformity report to officers/department heads.
Issuance of memos on attendance violation/non-conformity.
