Myriad ICT Services, Inc. is looking for an experienced HR Assistant (Data Management) to join our team.
The key HR Assistant (Data Management) responsibilities you will take on for are but not limited to:
- Maintaining accurate employee records.
Managing data integrity.
- Ensuring the timely issuance of employee movement documentation.
Preparing regularization papers.- Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements, etc.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or any related course.- Previous experience in HR data management or a similar role is preferred.
Strong attention to details and accuracy.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications. (specially Excel)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to be assigned at Ugong, Pasig City
