Requirements & Qualifications
- Holder of a Bachelors degree in human resources, psychology, or any related field
- At least 2 years of proven work experience in the HR field or similar.
- Computer literate, especially in using MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and professional attitude.
- Goal-oriented, organized team player; encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead.
- A plus if with specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, HR best practices, and preventive labor relations.
