The HRMD Assistant is responsible for providing timely and accurate payroll inputs, administering the Corporate Healthcare Program, providing prompt assistance to all employees in all government-mandated benefits and company-provided benefits, and providing assistance to the entire HRMD division on various HR tasks.
Monitors daily attendance of employees through actual checking and validation of biometrics registered time-in and time-out.
Prepares payroll data summary sheet and validates all documents related to payroll processing.
Receives validates and posts approved sick leave and vacation leave to individual Attendance Record/Ledger of the employee. Reports to immediate superior any abnormalities found in the application for leave.
Provides assistance to employees in availing benefits to SSS, ECC, Pag-ibig and Philhealth that includes preparation of Sickness, Accident and Maternity Notification, and other related needs.
Provides assistance to employees in availing benefits to Corporate Healthcare including the issuance Letter of Authorization, assigning approval numbers for all valid diagnostic examinations, and coordination to accredited hospitals and clinics regarding availing of medical benefits.
Coordinates with the immediate superior regarding AWOL (absence without official leave) employees with at least five (5) working days absences for proper disposition.
Prepares Monthly Report on Tardiness, Absenteeism, Turn-Over Rate, and Manpower Report for submission to the HRMD Head/Director and prepares reports to be submitted to the Department of Labor.
Provides assistance to co-HRMD employees such as in recruitment, training, maintenance/updating of 201 File, conducts orientation to newly hired employees, maintenance of all HRMD forms and all other HRMD functions.
The position requires a graduate of a four-year course in Bachelor of Science in Psychology or Human Resource Management
Must have acquired at least two (2) years work experience in HR and with knowledge in timekeeping, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
