Job Description

Provide information and guidance to employees regarding available leave and HMO benefits provided by the Organization.

Support the Human Resource Officer for Benefits in answering the needs of PRC employees about leave and HMO benefit.

Assist employees in completing applications/requests for leave and HMO benefit.

Preparation of inclusion of new hires and deletion of resigned, retired employees for HMO purposes.

Distribution of HMO ID Cards.

Preparation of list of HMO Premium Remittance.

Validation of HMO's quarterly billing.

Preparation of list of employees per office for HMO's Payment Request Memo.

Encoding/Updating of leave applications of employees.

Computation of Earned leaves of employees for active, resigned, retired employees.

Process Commutation of employees.

Assist in employees in filing/processing of HMO Reimbursement.

Mailing of other related documents of HR Benefits Administration Unit.

Preparation of SSS remittance list of Contributions and Loans extracted from payroll.

Preparation and submission of list of newly hired (R1A, ER2, PAG-IBIG) and resigned PRC employees to mandated government agencies

Preparation of SSS PRN and RTL prior to Remittance.

Validation of list for PHILHEALTH AND PAG IBIG Premium prior to Remittance.

Monitoring of PAG-IBIG, SSS and GSIS Loans.

Process, facilitate SSS Loans, Sickness and Maternity Benefit of Project Based Employees.

Preparation of certificate of contribution for mandated government agencies of active and resigned employees upon request.

Assist Benefits Officer in administration of Company Benefits

Assist the Human Resources Director and wider Human Resources team for special projects, events and assignments as required.

  • Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management and other related course.

Minimum 1-year work related experience in HMO, Leaves, etc.

Ability to manage multiple tasks

Collaborates with team members to achieve shared outcomes

Flexibility and a willingness to contribute outside standard office hours

Job Type: Full-time
