Job Description
  • Managing and maintaining our documentation and processes effectively and efficiently especially SSS, Philhealth, PagIbig contributions.
Assist in preparation of Documents for Bank Openings
  • Assist in processing of Government mandatories
File and retrieve documents and reference materials.
  • Scanning and Filing of Documents
Willingness to do field work
  • Responsible in segregating document and files
Other task maybe assigned
  • Job Qualification
Graduate of any four (4) year Human Resource Course, Business course or any Office Administration course
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Knowledgeable with clerical works
  • Good in MS Office
Must be willing to work in Makati

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php16,
  • 00 - Php18,000.00 per month

Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
