_HR Assistant's responsibility includes, but not limited to, the following:_
_Handling of Interns and any university-related documentations_- _Processing and monitoring of employee exit clearance_
_Preparation of contracts of newly hired employees_
- _Newly hired orientation_
_Encoding data to PMIS System_- _Prepare and implement policy memo_
_Prepare and issue disciplinary actions_
- _Assist in Payroll and Benefits processes if needed_
_Assist in Learning and Development and Employee Engagement Programs _- _Attend and implement departmental planning _
Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Management- With at least 2 years straight work experience in general HR
Experience in different facets of HR (Recruitment, Compensation, Timekeeping, Benefits, Employee Relation, Learning and Development, and HRIS)
- Proficient computer skill specially MS Excel
Excellent interpersonal skill, written and verbal communication skill- Able to converse in English
Able to interact with people in various levels
- Able to assess problems independently
Proactive, optimistic, resourceful, and quick learner- With high level sense of confidentiality
Has passion for learning and career development
- Ability to complete work with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Willing to do field works if needed (school and universities partnership visits)- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
