Job Description

_HR Assistant's responsibility includes, but not limited to, the following:_
  • _Recruitment_
_Handling of Interns and any university-related documentations_
  • _Processing and monitoring of employee exit clearance_
_Preparation of contracts of newly hired employees_
  • _Newly hired orientation_
_Encoding data to PMIS System_
  • _Prepare and implement policy memo_
_Prepare and issue disciplinary actions_
  • _Assist in Payroll and Benefits processes if needed_
_Assist in Learning and Development and Employee Engagement Programs _
  • _Attend and implement departmental planning _
  • Qualification:
Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Management
  • With at least 2 years straight work experience in general HR
Experience in different facets of HR (Recruitment, Compensation, Timekeeping, Benefits, Employee Relation, Learning and Development, and HRIS)
  • Proficient computer skill specially MS Excel
Excellent interpersonal skill, written and verbal communication skill
  • Able to converse in English
Able to interact with people in various levels
  • Able to assess problems independently
Proactive, optimistic, resourceful, and quick learner
  • With high level sense of confidentiality
Has passion for learning and career development
  • Ability to complete work with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Willing to do field works if needed (school and universities partnership visits)
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php
