- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology or any behavioral/management course

- GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The main purpose of the HR Assistant role is to assist the Human Resources Department in the day-to-day operations of the company's Human Resource Department, specifically in documentation. This role also requires a high level of administrative and support to the HR Business Partner.
- KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Compensation and Benefits Administration
Prepare and submit daily attendance records.
- Maintain payroll, timekeeping, tardiness, and absence trackers.
Verify employee timekeeping records.- Update HRIS with employee information changes.
Process employee Certificate of Employment requests.
- Coordinate annual physical examinations.
Monitor annual physical examination results.- Manage weekly allowance reports and attendance bonuses.
Prepare new hire IDs and government forms.- Submission of government forms for onboarding.
Set up new employee payroll and bank accounts.
- Enroll new hires in training.
Coordinate with departments on employee accountabilities.
- Submission of offboarding reports.
Issuance of last and final pay, and exit documents of employees
Assist with employee training enrollment.
Maintain employee master files, databases, and trackers.- Manage employee documentation.
Support executive and special projects.
- Provide administrative support for events, meetings, and appointments.
Report to HR Business Partner and ensure smooth operations.- Address client and staff concerns.
Any other duties as required according to the needs of the business, including assisting with ad hoc tasks that may arise from time to time.
