Performs recruitment activities such as sourcing, interviewing, and endorsing of qualified candidates- Prepares job offer / contracts for qualified candidates
Planning and coordinating with the management for their Manpower requirements
Create Training Programs for all employees
- Designs, develops, implements, and evaluates programs monthly which are aligned with the budget and organizational vision and needs of the employees
Implement and enforce policies, procedures and systems set by the company- Create and design Performance Appraisal aligned with the needs, skills and job description for the specific job position
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS- Processes the government contributions and loan payments to different government agencies and ensures to be submitted on time
- Coordinates with the Finance Department in connection with the government contributions and loan payments of the employees

Implements monthly engagement activities for employees
- Create incentives to motivate the employees and work effectively
Organizes Company events such as Christmas Party, Team Building Activities, etc.- Ensures that the Company's progressive disciplinary procedures are being followed
Issues MTEs, Disciplinary Actions to employees who committed violations and how to resolve the issues in the company
- Issues important Memorandum to all of the branches related with the SOPs
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resources related courses- Preferably with two (2) years of working experience as HR Generalist Supervisor specializing in Recruitment, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits
Does Payroll and employee schedule
- Knowledgeable on Philippine Labor Laws
Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills- With effective written and communication skills, organizational skills, customer service and people-oriented
