Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field

  • With 2-3 years work experience

  • Proficient in MS Office operation

  • Knowledgeable in all facets of HR

  • Well-versed with the Philippine Labor Laws

  • With excellent communication skills

  • Has the ability to handle multiple tasks

  • Flexible and can work under pressure

  • Willing to travel
  • Job description:

  • Reports to the HR Manager in the Head Office

  • Assists in the day to day operations of the HR functions and duties

  • Provides clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Manager

  • Compiles, updates and organizes employee records (hard and soft copies)

  • Processes enrollment of employees paycards

  • Coordinates HR projects (meetings, trainings, surveys, evaluations, etc.)

  • Assists in payroll preparation by encoding relevant data (days of work, overtime, absences, leaves, tardiness, etc.)

  • Assists in the recruitment process including background checking of the applicants

  • Assists employees in any HR-related concerns and reports the same to the HR Manager

    Performs other functions deemed necessary by management

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
