- With 2-3 years work experience
- Proficient in MS Office operation
- Knowledgeable in all facets of HR
- Well-versed with the Philippine Labor Laws
- With excellent communication skills

- Job description:
- Reports to the HR Manager in the Head Office
- Assists in the day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provides clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Manager
- Compiles, updates and organizes employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Processes enrollment of employees paycards
- Coordinates HR projects (meetings, trainings, surveys, evaluations, etc.)
- Assists in payroll preparation by encoding relevant data (days of work, overtime, absences, leaves, tardiness, etc.)
- Assists in the recruitment process including background checking of the applicants
- Assists employees in any HR-related concerns and reports the same to the HR Manager
Performs other functions deemed necessary by management
