Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

This position is in charge of obtaining and maintaining company personnel. The position plays a great role in policy implementation, performance management, and all other HR concerns that contributes to the welfare of employees.
  • JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for assisting the day-to-day management of HR operations, which covers the administration of the policies, procedures, and programs of the organization.
  • KEY RESPONSIBITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resource Department.

Compiling and updating employee records.

In charge of HR records management (online and 201 files)

Update and monitor employment contracts.

Ensures that the company follows the regulations regarding government-mandated benefits.

Submits reports to government offices as needed.

In charge of the filing and processing of government-mandated benefit applications.

Responsible for updating the statuses of employees by submitting reports and update forms to SSS, BIR, PhilHealth, and Pag-Ibig.

Maintains human resource manual filing systems.

Act as Document Controller to properly monitor, update and issuance of forms and documents.

Maintain organize files of - controlled - documents, including incoming outgoing transmittals

Maintain tracking database of - controlled - documents

Follow established Company as well as department guidelines plus practices to include consistent use of filing documentation conventions

Completes special HR projects as agreed with the management.

. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
  • COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE:
  • Qualifications and Experience

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent.

. At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
