ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- RECRUITMENT, PLACEMENT, AND HIRING
a. Assists the HRS in implementing recruitment activities on a regular basis to build a strong talent pipeline/pooling for the operations
- TRAINING
a. Prepares documentation of employees endorsed for training
b. Assists the HRS in organizing and conducting pre-orientation for new hires
- PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
a. Assists the HRS in preparing documentations to facilitate quarterly evaluation of employee
- RECOGNITION AND REWARDS a. Assists the HRS in creating and developing rewards program that may help boost employee's motivation and commitment to perform based on required productivity standards
- EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT
a. Assist Distributor Owner/ HR Specialist/ Operations Manager/ Distributor Sales Supervisor for orientation of the employee's duties and responsibilities.
- OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
a. Perform routine clerical work such as filing, typing, sorting of inter-office documentations and reports, as well as outgoing and incoming correspondences
b. Conducts regular updates on the 201 file of employees

Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php14,000.00 per month
