Job Description

Lennorhive, a leading Employer of Record (EOR) firm based in the Philippines, is recruiting a HR and Payroll Specialist to join one of its global client companies.

Salary Range: up to Php 30,000

Setup: Hybrid 1-2x a week in BGC Taguig

Working Hours: Primarily mid shift with flexibility

The salary offered depends on your skills, expertise, and evaluation results.

About The Role

Are you passionate about HR and payroll, and skilled at providing exceptional support to clients and employees Lennorhive is seeking a dedicated HR and Payroll Specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll handle client inquiries regarding HR matters, manage employees payroll, and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.

Your Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding HR-related inquiries, including employee relations, benefits, and compliance.
  • Process employee payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Handle payroll inquiries from employees, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job titles, and compensation details, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their HR needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements.
  • Monitor and stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Support the HR team in various administrative tasks, such as onboarding new employees, preparing reports, and conducting audits.

What We're Looking For

  • at least 2 years of previous experience in HR and payroll processing
  • Strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and employees.
  • Proficiency in HR and payroll software, with strong data entry and data management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
