Job Description- Establish and analyze organizational structure and requirement of the company
Formulate policies, procedures for recruitment, testing, placement, orientation, benefits, and labor industrial relations.- Analyze compensation policies, government regulations, and prevailing wage rates to develop competitive programs and to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Study legislation, arbitration decisions and to assess industry trends.
- Ensure company compliance with laws related to labor, health, environment and safety
Manage/Supervise ICT staff with regards to IT Related requirements and project activities- Coordinate with vendors to provide employee services, such as canteen, transportation or shuttle, manpower agency, HMO and group insurance, drinking water supplies, and other facility related services such as pest control and Fire Insurance Policy.
Investigate accident reports and conduct necessary actions.
- Plan, direct supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employments, compensation, labor relations, environmental, safety and health
Graduate of BS/ AB Psychology or any business course;
- Preferably with Master's Degree in Industrial Relation
With at least seven (7) years extensive Managerial experience in Human Resources Management in manufacturing industry- Adept in labor laws and other government reportorial requirements
Proficient in written communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and results-oriented individual who can mold to reach next level
with ability to lead and manage a team of professional staff- A team player who can provide counsel to peers and senior personnel
