HR Admin Supervisor responsible for handling the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office such as management and administration of the human resources policies, procedures and program.
- Ensure employees adhere to the company's code of conduct and maintains high standards of service
Oversee activities in compensation and benefits administration, training and organizational development and employee relations- Processing reports and required submissions with various governmenet agencies
Processing of invoice in IFCA system and petyy cash custodian
- Handles employee discipline through proper due process
Address employee-relation issues: investigates, guides supervisor's/managers and issuance of memos- Ensures that the company implements all HR-related policies effectively and consistently
Provide advice and guidance on all phases of human resources activites, policies, procedures, laws, rehulations, and programs
- Update company policies in line with the most updated government mandates and management recommendation
Update and process government-related documents and requirements (DOLE,BIR,TIN,HDMF,SSS and Philhealth)- Ensures the company is compliant with all labor standards
Fully utilize Human Resources software (ALARA, Mustard seed)
- Provide assistance on the NOAH HRIS system project
Minimum of 2 years experience with 1 year supervisory
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (major in Human Resources Management) or Psychology
- Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday - 7am to 6pm and every Friday 8am - 5pm
- Work Location: Lot 10A Purok 1 Brgy. Makiling Calamba City, Laguna
